Standard ShippingMost of small packages ship via UPS. Equipment or large orders are generally shipped on pallet(s) via common carrier trucking companies. These carriers deliver your order curbside with a lift-gate truck when needed.Please inspect deliveries immediately and note any damages on the Bill or Lading. Once you sign for delivery, the trucking company is absolved form any responsibility for damage, either obvious or concealed to the product. With any significant damage, the shipment should be refused and you should contact us immediately. InstallationChefsFirst does not offer installation of any equipment.
